Online card donations
On this website you can make a monetary donation to the humanitarian organization “Pomoć Srpskoj Deci”. A donation is not a purchase of goods or services – we use the money to help children and families in need across Serbia (food, school supplies, hygiene, medicine, home repairs), and we publish a story and photos about every campaign.
- You choose the amount yourself; the minimum is 100 RSD. Amounts are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and there are no additional or hidden costs.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard and American Express cards.
- Before paying you see the donation summary and confirm that you have read these terms. Your card account is charged immediately, at the moment of payment.
- After paying you receive a payment confirmation on the page and at the email address you entered.
- A donation involves no delivery of goods, so there are no delivery costs or delivery times, and no export restrictions or customs rules that would affect it.
Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used to show amounts in other currencies for information only. When charging your card, the amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original amount stated on our website.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When you enter your payment card details, the confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the TLS protocol and the PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
You enter your card details on the secure page of the CorvusPay online payment system (Corvus Pay d.o.o.), certified to the PCI DSS standard, and the transaction is processed by the card processor Banca Intesa ad Beograd. The security of your data during payment is guaranteed by CorvusPay and Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process takes place on their secure pages. At no time is your payment card data available to our system.
Refunds and complaints
If you paid a wrong amount by mistake, paid the same donation twice or want to cancel your donation, contact us within 15 days of the payment at pomocsrpskojdeci@gmail.com or by phone at +381 65 890 0861 and quote the order number from your payment confirmation. We reply to every request within 8 working days at the latest. A refund is also possible if the full amount for the campaign you donated to has already been raised, or if the campaign ends for other reasons.
If funds are refunded to a donor who previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason, the humanitarian organization “Pomoć Srpskoj Deci” is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the organization’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account by reversing the original transaction. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on the bank that issued your card.
A monthly donation through PayPal can be cancelled at any time in your PayPal account, under automatic payments, or write to us and we will cancel it for you.
Privacy policy
On behalf of the humanitarian organization “Pomoć Srpskoj Deci”, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our donors and users. We collect only the necessary, basic data about donors/users and the data needed for our work and for keeping users informed, in line with good business practice and in order to provide quality service. We give donors choices, including the option to decide whether or not they want to be removed from the mailing lists used for information campaigns, and to refuse to have their personal data given to third parties. All donor/user data is strictly protected and is accessible only to the people who need it to do their work. All members and associates of the humanitarian organization “Pomoć Srpskoj Deci” (and our business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Donating goods
Unfortunately, the association has no storage space, so donations of shoes, clothes and similar items are sent directly to the families’ addresses. Before we give you an address, you need to send us some form of personal identification for us to see.
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection we are not allowed to share families’ details publicly, which is why we ask for this, primarily for legal reasons. This information is also necessary to protect our families from possible misuse because of their life situation.
