This is the story of the Jovanović family from Pančevo
The Jovanović family is made up of single mother Gordana and her four minor children: Zoran, Kristijan, Sanela and Šerifa.
They live in very hard, poor conditions, with no running water and no bathroom. The house has only two small rooms.
Because the children are not yet old enough to look after themselves, Gordana cannot work – there is no one else to take care of them.
The family’s only income is social assistance (25,000 RSD) and child allowance (16,000 RSD), which is truly not enough for a family of five to survive.
What the Jovanović family needs most is food and hygiene supplies.
