We are asking everyone who is able to support our campaign and help us provide basic groceries for the Ratković family from Kuršumlija. Their struggle continues, and right now they need food most of all.
This is the Ratković family’s story
We met the Ratković family from Kuršumlija on August 29, 2019. Dragan is a single father of four and takes care of his children on his own.
His eldest son has a disability and epilepsy and needs care 24 hours a day, which is why Dragan had to leave his job. The family’s only income is child allowance and a carer’s allowance – not enough to feed a family of five. In the meantime, Dragan’s own health has also deteriorated.
What the family needs
- basic groceries – their most urgent need right now,
- hygiene products,
- diapers for the eldest son.
We buy exactly what the family needs and deliver it in person, and after the campaign we publish the story and photos.
