This is the story of the Ratković family.
We met the Ratković family from Kuršumlija on August 29, 2019.
Dragan is a single father of four children: Radivoje (14), Nemanja (13), Dušanka (12) and Milica (10).
Dragan had to quit his job to take care of his son with a disability. His oldest son has a severe intellectual disability. He also has epilepsy. Lately the seizures have become more frequent and now happen every other day.
Their only income is the child allowance and a caregiver allowance, which is truly not enough for this family of five to survive.
In the meantime, Dragan’s own health has declined. He has high blood sugar and high blood pressure.
The family lives in constant fear of how they will manage to put food on the table in these hard times.
Besides basic groceries and hygiene supplies, they also need diapers for the oldest son with a disability, as well as clothes.
These little fighters are facing a hard battle and deserve our help!
